目的：分析手术室护理干预在降低手术患者手术部位感染率中的效果。方法随机选择本院择期手术患者200例纳入观察组，并选择实施护理干预前的200例择期手术患者作为对照组，比较2组患者术后手术部位的感染率情况。结果护理干预后，观察组术后发生感染4例，感染率2.00％，对照组术后感染12例，感染率6.00％，经比较，2组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论手术室护理干预可有效降低手术患者术后感染的发生率，促进患者预后。%Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in reducing infection rates of surgical sites in operating room.Methods A total of 200 patients of selective operation in our hospital were included in observation group and another 200 selective surgery patients before nursing intervention were in control group.Infection rates of surgical sites of two groups were com-pared.Results After nursing intervention,postoperative infection occurred in 4 cases in the ob-servation group and 12 cases in the control group.The infection rate was 2.00%in the observation group and 6.00%in the control group,respectively.There were statistically significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postopera-tive infection rates and promote the prognosis of patients.
