中医药治疗慢性肝病的临床与基础研究进展

摘要

近10年来,慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)与慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)的抗病毒治疗取得了重大进展.中医药对慢性肝病的治疗同样发挥重要作用,不仅具有一定的抗病毒效应,而且在保肝、抗炎、抗肝纤维化以及免疫调节方面显示出明显的综合治疗优势.在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)以及肝硬化、晚期肝癌的治疗方面也显示出良好的发展潜力.中医药治疗慢性肝病是我国医药领域的重要优势特色,需要大力加强研究.%The recent decade has witnessed remarkable progress in antiviral therapies for chronic hepatitis B and C. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) also play an importat role in the treatment of chronic liver diseases, which not only has the actions against hepatitis virus to some degree, but also has a significant comprehensive advantages over anti-liver inflammation, anti-liver fibrosis and immune regulation. In the fields of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma, TCM is also one of the good options for effective therapeutic strategies. The therapy for chronic liver disease with TCM is one of the specific and preponderant disciplines in our country, more efforts should be paid to conduct its clinical and basic studies.
