Objective To summarize the surgical and application experiences of the transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients who underwent transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy from June 2009 to January 2011 were analyzed. Results The operation was successfully undertaken in all 15 cases, the average operation time was 75 min (50～90 min) , the mean volume of blood loss was 12 ml (10～15 ml), the average length of postoperative hospital stay was 3 days (2～4 days) , no drainage tube was placed, no postoperative complications such as bleeding and bile leakage occurred. All patients recovered well, there was no obvious surgical scar in the umbilical region. Conclusion The transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible, it has the advantage of no scar, but the operation is more difficult than the LC. If the umbilical operation devices and surgical instruments were further improved, the transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy can replace the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) to some extent.%目的 总结经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除(TUSPLC)的手术经验与应用体会.方法 回顾性分析2009年6月至2011年1月完成的15例行TUSPLC患者的临床资料.结果 15例患者手术均获成功,平均手术时间为75 min(50～90 min),平均出血12 ml(10～15ml),经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后平均住院3 d(2～4 d),均未放置引流管,术后无出血及胆汁漏等并发症发生.患者恢复良好,脐部无明显手术瘢痕.结论 TUSPLC切口美观,安全可行,但操作难度较传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)大,进一步完善脐部操作装置及手术器械,可望在一定程度上取代传统LC.
