Sonoclot 凝血功能分析仪在脓毒症 DIC 患者中的应用

摘要

目的：应用 Sonoclot 凝血功能分析法来探究脓毒症弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）患者凝血功能变化规律。方法纳入31例脓毒症 DIC 患者，分别在1~5天每天检测血小板功能、激活凝血时间、凝血速率、PT、APTT、Fbg、FDP、D- Dimer 等。结果两种检测方法得到的指标具有良好的相关性；脓毒症 DIC 患者抗凝与否对预后影响无显著差异。结论 Sonoclot 凝血功能分析法可以用来监测脓毒症 DIC 患者的凝血功能变化及指导其抗凝治疗。%Objective To observe the change pattern of the coagulation in septic DIC patients by Sonoclot analyzer,and compare Sonoclot values to standard coagulation tests. Methnds Blood was collected from 31 septic DIC patients. After the synchronized tests of Sonoclot analysis and conventional test,platelet function,ACT,clot rate(CR),PT,APT,Fbg,FDP and D - Dimer were respectively determined,the correlation and differences of these parameters by the two systems were observed. Results The parameters obtained from the two systems were well correla-ted. The prognosis of septic DIC has nothing to do with the anticoagulation treatment. Cniclusini Sonoclot analysis provides coagulation evalua-tion of septic DIC patients. It can be used to monitor and direct the treatment of septic DIC.
