肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折应用价值探讨

摘要

Objective To observe and explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of selective treatment of proximal humeral fractures (PHF)with locking proximal humeral plate(LPHP). Methods A total of 92 patients with PHF accepted treatment in department of orthopedics in this hospital during March 2011 to March 2014 were selected for this study,all these patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods they accepted,each group with 46 cases. Patients in observation group were treated with LPHP sur-gery,while patients in control group were treated with conservative treatment. Neer shoulder function scores,efficacy and adverse events were ob-served. Results Neer shoulder function scores in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the excellent rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(82. 6% to 60. 9% );adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(8. 7% to 34. 8% ),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion LPHP has signifi-cant efficacy in treatment of patients with PHF,and it can significantly improve the shoulder function of patients.%目的：观察肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折（PHF）的疗效。方法选择2012年3月至2014 年3月接受治疗的 PHF 患者92例，按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为 LPHP 的观察组和保守治疗的对照组，每组各46例。观察两组 Neer 肩关节功能评分、近期疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组 Neer 肩关节功能评分明显高于对照组；观察组优良率明显高于对照组（82.6％比60.9％）；观察组不良反应率明显低于对照组（8.7％比34.8％），差异均具有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论 LPHP 治疗 PHF 的疗效显著，能明显改善患者肩关节功能，不良反应少，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
