疣状胃炎患者胃黏膜组织中HIF-1α和COX-2的表达及其临床意义的研究

摘要

目的：探讨研究疣状胃炎患者胃黏膜组织中低氧诱导因子-1α（HIF -1α）、环氧化酶-2（COX -2）的表达及其临床意义。方法随机选择疣状胃炎患者108例作为研究，其中成熟型66例，未成熟型42例，同时对疣状胃炎隆起部位和未隆起部位分别采样。选取同期就诊的慢性浅表性胃炎80例作为对照组，取其胃小弯处胃黏膜组织两块。采用免疫组化法检测胃黏膜组织中 HIF -1α、COX -2 的表达情况。比较疣状胃炎组与对照组，不同分型疣状胃炎患者，以及胃炎隆起部位和未隆起部位的 HIF -1α、COX -2 的表达情况。结果疣状胃炎组胃黏膜组织中 HIF -1α、COX-2 的表达和阳性率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。成熟型疣状胃炎胃黏膜组织中 HIF -1α、COX-2 的表达和阳性率明显高于未成熟型，差异具有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。疣状胃炎隆起部位胃黏膜组织中 HIF -1α、COX -2 的表达和阳性率明显高于未隆起部位，差异具有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论 HIF -1α、COX -2 在疣状胃炎患者胃黏膜组织中呈高表达状态，且还与病理分化程度与部位有关，其可能参与了疣状胃炎的形成、发展。%Objetiye To discuss the expression and clinical significance of mucosa tissues hypoxia inducible factor - 1α(HIF - 1α)and cyclooxygenase - 2(COX - 2)in patients with gastritis verrucosa. Methods 108 patients with verrucous gastritis were randomly selected as a re-search group,with mature 66 cases,immature 42 cases,while verrucous gastritis uplifts and not uplifts were sampled. 80 cases of chronic superfi-cial gastritis were selected as the control group,of which gastric mucosa tissue two small bend. The expression of gastric mucosa HIF - 1α,COX- 2 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect gastric mucosa HIF - 1α,COX - 2. The expression of HIF- 1α,COX - 2 in verrucous gastritis group and control group,different type verrucous gastritis,gastritis and expression uplifts and not uplifts were compared. Results The expression and positive rate of HIF - 1α,COX - 2 of gastric mucosa tissues verrucous gastritis was significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). The expression and positive rate of HIF - 1α,COX - 2 of mature ver-rucous gastritis gastric mucosa tissues was significantly higher than immature,the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). The expression and posi-tive rate of HIF - 1α,COX - 2 verrucous gastritis uplifts gastric tissue was significantly higher than the raised position,the difference was signifi-cant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion HIF - 1α,COX - 2 in gastric mucosa patients with gastritis verrucosa showed high expression state,and also with pathologic differentiation and related parts,which may be involved in the formation of verrucous gastritis development.
