patients with oral reduce missed abortion caused by intrauterine adhesions. Methods The random number table method in June 2011 to December 2011 was used to separate the 300 patients treated at our hospital. All these cases were divided into joint group and the control group(n =150),two groups all use full superconducting visual painless abortion,the patients of two groups received uterine cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate after operation. After operation,all patients took the oral pentanoic acid estradiol tablets. postoperative recovery,menstruation situation and condition index,serum adhesion changes caused by intrauterine adhesions were compared between the two groups patients. Results The postoperative abdominal pain duration,vaginal blood flow,vaginal bleeding in joint group were significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05),The FN,LN,TGF - beta,VEGF value of the preoperative in the two groups were significantly elevated. The levels of the control group increased significantly than that in the joint group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Missed abortion surgery in patients with uterine cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate and postoperative oral pentanoic acid estradiol tablets can significantly reduce the patientˊs postoperative blood conglutination,help patients recovery at the same time,reduce the incidence of caused by intrauterine adhesions.%目的：探讨稽留流产患者术毕宫腔注入透明质酸钠及术后口服戊酸雌二醇片预防宫腔粘连的效果及安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将2011年6月至2013年12月收治的300例稽留流产进行清宫手术的患者分为联合组和对照组各150例，两组均采用全程超导可视无痛人流清宫术，两组均术毕宫腔注入透明质酸钠1 ml，联合组术后口服戊酸雌二醇片。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、月经情况、宫腔粘连发生情况、血清粘连状态指标变化情况。结果联合组术后的腹痛持续时间、阴道血流量、阴道流血时间均显著的低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。联合组术后复潮时间明显短于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；联合组术后的月经正常率94.0％高于对照组的70.7％，术后月经恢复分布情况联合组明显优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。联合组术后宫腔粘连发生率（4.0％）显著低于对照组的15.3％，同时联合组的粘连程度显著低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。术后复查，两组的血清粘连状态指标水平较术前均显著的升高，但联合组低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论稽留流产患者术毕宫腔注入透明质酸钠及术后口服戊酸雌二醇片能够显著的降低患者术后血液粘连状态，同时有助于患者恢复，降低宫腔粘连的发生率。
