Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of different way of blood supply after the lateral crus pedicle skin flap to repair the skin soft tissue defect in ankle. Methods 79 cases of foot skin and soft tissue defect patients were selected as the research object,ac-cording to different defect form,they were given different way of blood supply of the calf after lateral pedicle flap to repair:58 patients with foot soft tissue defect were separately sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap repair(45 cases)and peroneal artery perforators pedicle sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap repair(13 cases),8 cases of heel soft tissue defect patients feel reconstruction of peroneal artery perforators pedicle sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap repair,7 cases of ankle,external ankle before and after ankle patients with soft tissue defect in the line of peroneal ar-tery perforators flap repair,6 patients with forefoot soft tissue defect in the back line and perforators peroneal artery blood of sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap repair. To observe the repair effect. Results All patients were followed up 21 months(mean follow-up time).
