The apparatus has an exercising weight stressing a lower leg in two various exercises via a front foot strap (10), which is swivelable on an upper leg and lies on a front foot in a fixable manner. The exercising weight is provided in form of disk weights, placed on a bar and moved via lever forces. A foot rest (11) is axially suspended at a height of a hop joint. Two different lever mechanisms are realized by the fixable front foot strap and axle-supported clutch parts, the footrest and a thigh strap (5).
