依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在胃肠镜检查术中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of intravenous anesthesia with etoomidate combined propofol in gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy in this hospital during February 2014 to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients in group A were applied with etomidate for anesthesia,patients in group B adopted etomidate combined with propofol for intravenous anesthesia.The incidence rate of body movement,muscular spasm and other complications,the duration of gastrointestinal endoscopy,awake time and amount of etomidate applied and heart rate,distolic pressure and systolic pressure at different timepoints were compared between these two groups.Results In group B,body movement,muscular spasm and other complication rate and amount of etomidate were significantly lower than those of group A (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference between these two groups in terms of duration for gastrointestinal endoscopy,awake time,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure in different time points (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The application of etomidate combined with propofol in intravenous anesthesia for gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively maintain the hemodynamic stability,it did not extend the check and awake time,and it can reduce the incidence of body movement,muscular spasm and other complications,thus it can improve surgical safety,reduce the amount of etomidate and without adverse reactions induced by etomidate,and provide protection for successful examination.%目的 研究依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在胃肠镜检查术中的应用效果.方法 选择2014年2月至2015年11月胃肠镜检查术患者80例进行分组回顾分析.A组单纯应用依托咪酯进行麻醉,B组采取依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉.比较两组患者体动、肌痉挛等并发症发生率;胃肠镜检查时间、清醒时间、手术中依托咪酯用量;不同时间点患者心率、舒张压、收缩压的差异.结果 B组体动、肌痉挛等并发症发生率和术中依托咪酯用量明显低于A组(P＜0.05);两组胃肠镜检查时间,清醒时间,不同时间点心率、舒张压、收缩压无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论 依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在胃肠镜检查术中的应用效果确切,可有效维持患者血流动力学稳定,不延长检查和清醒时间,可减少体动、肌痉挛等并发症发生,有利于提高手术安全性,减少依托咪酯用量和单用依托咪酯所致不良反应,为成功检查提供保障.
