Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia (COP) is a clinically rare pulmonary interstitial disease.It can easily be misdiagnosed,but could achieve a good curative effect or even completely recovery after treated with glucocorticoid in time.COP could easily be confused with usual interstitial pneumonia(UIP).Lung biopsy was hardly received by patients.There is no international and domestic unified standard in treatment,and no best dose and duration of treatment by glucocorticoid.There were a lot of limitations in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
