“T”形针刀松解术配合手法治疗项韧带挛缩型颈椎病临床疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察“T”形针刀松解术治疗项韧带挛缩型颈椎病临床疗效.方法:将80例该病患者随机分为两组,各40例,观察组采用“T”形针刀松解法,对照组采取颈部相关穴位进行针刺治疗.结果:治疗15天后,观察组痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组（32.5％、90％与12.5％、80％）,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:“T”形针刀松解术治疗项韧带挛缩型颈椎病临床疗效确切.%Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of "T" acupotome and manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of item ligament contracture type. Methods:80 patients with cervical spondylosis of item ligament contracture type were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in observation group were treated with acupotome and manipulation, and those in control group were with acupuncture at points in the neck . Results: In observation group,the curative rate was 32. 5% and the total effective rate was 90%. In control group, the curative was 12. 5% and the total effective rate was 80%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The "T" acupotome and manipulation has a definite effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of item ligament contracture type.
