四逆散加减穴位贴敷治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of Si Nisan acupoint application on CFS with liv-er-depression and spleen -deficiency .And to observe the changes of IL -2 and IFN-λ.Methods:60 stand-ard CFS patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( Si Nisan acupoint application ) and control group ( Oral administration of fluoxetine hydrochloride ) ,and each group had 30 cases.After one month of treatment , we compared the efficacy in the treatment group and control group .Results:After the treatment , the symptom scale , DSI and SAS were reduced in both groups .While these factors in the treatment group reduced much more than those in the control group ,and there was a statistical significance ( P<0 .01 ) .The IL-2 and TFN-γwere improved in both groups , and there was a statistical significance in the treatment group , while the con-trol group was not .The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%, while in the control group it was 63.33%.There was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Si Nisan acupoint ap-plication can improve CFS patients ’ clinical symptoms , depression state , anxious state and immune function .%目的：观察四逆散加减穴位贴敷治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效及对体内白细胞介素-2及干扰素-λ的影响。方法：将符合纳入标准的肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分成治疗组（中药穴位贴敷合口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊）30例，对照组（口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊合安慰剂穴位贴敷）30例，分别治疗1个月后，对两组患者进行疗效评估。结果：治疗后两组患者的临床症状、焦虑状态、抑郁状态均有明显改善，且治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．01）。治疗组患者体内白细胞介素-2及干扰素-λ明显升高。治疗组总有效率90％，对照组总有效率63．33％，两组差异经统计学分析具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：四逆散加减穴位贴敷能够有效地改善肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床症状、焦虑状态、抑郁状态及免疫功能。
