It does not deny teaching methodology but advocates localizing various teaching methods. With the guidance of the post-method, the paper advocates building a three-dimensional basic English teaching model in which the teaching concept, teaching means, teaching contents, teaching forms and teaching evaluation are dimensionalized to realize the teachers' empowerment and learners' autonomy.
