基于PDCA循环视角下“双十一”网购狂欢节的冷思考

摘要

全文在对 PDCA 循环和“双十一”网购狂欢节进行简要介绍的基础上，重点探讨了“双十一”网购狂欢节存在的诸如商家虚假降价、打破消费平衡、交易平台延迟、快递“爆仓”和服务品质下降五个方面的问题，在此基础上借助 PDCA 循环提出了制定周密计划、提升执行力、加大检查力度和妥善处理售后这四大对策来有效解决上述问题。%After briefly introducing PDCA cycle and online shopping carnival of November 11 ,it focuses on five problems resulted from the carnival like false price cut ,consumption balance breaking ,trading platform delay ,express delivery overload and service quality drop .To solve these problems ,it gives four methods on PDCA cycle :making careful planning ,promoting the implementation ,enhancing the inspection dynamics and properly handling after - sales .
