Physical culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture are the three level of library culture. The spiritual culture is regarded as the core of library cultural construction. Humanism management of library is people - oriented and librarian - centered, creating a relaxed and harmonious working environment and harmonious interpersonal solidarity.
