Close correlation of teachers' mental health between teaching efficacy and teaching quality has long been recognized.Based on a survey of teachers' mental health condition in 7 elementary and secondary schools in Chuxiong,this paper analyzes correlation between mental health condition and teaching efficacy,and offers suggestions for improvement in management,evaluation system,school culture,teacher's self-regulation and organizing special activities.%教师心理健康与教学效能感,与教育教学质量的关系密切。根据楚雄城区七所中小学教师心理健康状况调查的结果,对其状况与教学效能感的相互关系进行客观分析,在管理、评价制度、校园文化、教师自我调节、专题活动组织等方面提出改进建议,以达到改善心理健康状况与教师效能感之间相互协调的目的。
