大一新护生心理健康状况自我效能感与主观幸福感关系的研究

         

摘要

目的::探讨本科护生心理健康状况、自我效能感与主观幸福感的关系,为大学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,应用总体幸福感量表、SCL-90、自我效能感量表对110名护生进行测量。结果:主观幸福感总分为(64.80±10.35)分;SCL-90得分为(139.20±50.15)分,阳性检出率为35人(31.81%);不同生源地的护生自我效能感差异有统计学意义(P=0.03);SCL-90总分与主观幸福感总分呈负相关(r=-0.23,P=0.06),且SCL-90各维度均与主观幸福感总分呈负相关。自我效能总分与主观幸福感总分呈正相关(r=0.15,P=0.11)。结论:心理健康状况和自我效能感会在一定程度上影响护生主观幸福感,提高主观幸福感必须加强护生健康和改善自我效能感,应考虑在护生入学初期采取有效的心理支持与辅导。%Obj ective:To explore the relationship between subj ective well-being,mental health and self-efficacy of the undergraduate nursing students,and to provide substantial evidences for mental health education.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling method was used to choose 110 freshmen of nursing students.Subjective well-being scale,SCL-90,General Self-Efficacy Scale were used for examining.Results:Subjective well-being score was (64.80±10.35)points,SCL-90 score (139.20±50.15)positive detection rate of 35(31.8%);Different students of nursing students self-efficacy difference was statistically significant (P=0.03);SCL-90 total score and negatively correlated with the main well-being score (r=-0.23,P=0.06),and each dimension and the main happiness and SCL-90 total score was negatively related. Self-efficacy score was positively correlated with subjective well-being scores (r=0.15,P=0.11).Conclusion:Mental health and self-efficacy affect subj ective well-being in a certain extent of nursing studentst.The mental health education and the self-efficacy must be strengthened to improve the subj ective well-being.
