建设长江经济带是我国立足国际国内环境，遵循世界经济发展规律做出的重大战略决策，对长江流域地区是一个历史性的发展机遇，也给皖江地区开发区的转型发展带来重要契机。皖江地区开发区在转型发展方面进行了积极的探索，同时也遇到一些突出问题。为加快皖江地区开发区转型发展，要打造国际化营商环境，引导产业错位发展，提升生产要素保障能力，强化科技创新，加快产业转型升级，探索构建“政企分开”的管理架构。%Construction of the Yangtze River economic belt is an important strategic decision which our country is put forward based on international and domestic environment and follows the rules of the world economy development.It is a historic development opportunity for the Yangtze River basin re-gion and also gives an important opportunity to the transformation of development zones in Wanjiang region.Development zones in Wanjiang region have actively embarked on the transformation and en-countered some outstanding problems at the same time.In order to speed up transformation,develop-ment zones in Wanjiang region should build international business environment,guide dislocation de-velopment of industries,promote support capability of production elements,strengthen technological innovation,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading and explore construction managerial structure of the separation of government and enterprise.
