飞剪机曲轴动态分析与设计

         

摘要

With the help of CREO software, the dynamic analysis of the shear has been done to check the stress condition and the dangerous crankshaft parts. According to different stress conditions under two states,loading and unloading,the combined action by pulsating cyclic stress and cyclic stress force is determined. The mechanical a-nalysis function of CREO software is applied to calculate crankshaft stress and fatigue, verifying the correctness of the results. Meanwhile,stress,strain and fatigue life of crankshaft under the conditions of wider cutter or longer crankshaft radius are also studied. The results show that the increase of shear width has great influence on torsional deformation,while the crankshaft radius increases within a certain range can change the shear angle,so as to avoid large changes in service life.%应用CREO软件对剪板机整机进行动态分析,分析曲轴受力情况,确定危险曲轴部件.根据曲轴加载和空载状态下受力不同的特点,确认剪板机曲轴受脉动循环应力、对称循环应力共同作用.通过CREO软件的机械分析功能,计算曲轴工作应力,进行疲劳分析,验证设计结果的准确性.同时分析剪切宽度增大和曲轴半径增大情况下,曲轴的应力、应变和疲劳寿命.分析认为,剪切宽度增大对扭转变形的影响较大,曲轴半径在一定范围内增大可以改变剪切力的角度,从而避免其使用寿命的较大波动.
