In the vibration durability test of vehicles′fuel tank, the initial crack occurs due to the fuel sloshing in the tank which causes the shock of the tank and the baffle. It also affects the life of the vehicle and even causes safety accidents. Therefore,the modal analysis of fuel tank is carried out by finite element method and frequency sweep test is used to verify the results of the analysis to find out the reason of cracking. Based on the results,im-provement scheme is proposed. The fatigue life of the improved fuel tank is also analyzed.%在某乘用车燃油箱振动耐久性试验中,箱体内燃油晃动使箱体和隔板受到冲击而出现早期裂纹,从而使车辆的使用寿命缩短,严重时会造成安全事故的发生.为了找出燃油箱振动开裂原因,利用有限元方法对燃油箱进行模态分析,通过扫频试验验证分析结果.提出改进方案,并对改进后的燃油箱进行疲劳寿命分析.
