基于胜任力模型的政法公管类专业实践能力培养的探索与实践

摘要

基于胜任力模型的政法公管类专业学生实践能力培养，是高校应用型人才培养的应有之义。质性研究结果表明，政法公管类岗位胜任力包括基本素质、知识结构和实践能力等具体内容。政法公管类专业实践能力培养，可以根据大学生职业生涯发展的基本规律，设计具有针对性和实效性的操作方案。%Based on the model of coping ability, the cultivation of politics and law and public management students＇ ability should be the principle of applied university＇s talents cultivation. The quality research shows that the coping ability of politics and law and public management contains the basic quality, knowledge structure and practical ability. The cultivation of the ability of Politics and law and public management students could follow the basic principle of university students＇ vocational life devel- opment and design some operation plan with pertinence and efficiency.
