基于黄山市中小学音乐教育的现状，作为黄山市唯一一所可以培养音乐师资的高校，要培养优秀的音乐师资人才，就要针对地方中小学音乐教学的需要，摆脱传统音乐教学模式，改变滞后的教育观念，优化课程设置，使人才培养与时代发展和社会需求相适应% Based on the present situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Huangshan City, this paper proposes some reforming strategies. Huangshan University, as the only music-teacher training site, shall have a sound aim to train qualified music talents. For that purpose it shall break free from the constraints of the traditional music teacher training model, reform the out-of-dated educational theory, optimize the curriculum and cultivate talents to meet the needs of the society.
