人才培养：何其芳对新中国文学的宝贵贡献

摘要

何其芳不独是著名诗人、散文家、文学评论家、“红学”家和现代诗学家，而且是一代文学教育宗师。自延安鲁艺文学系到文学研究所的20多年，他利用多种平台和多种方式，为新中国培养了众多文学英才和学界栋梁，这是他对新中国文学很宝贵的贡献。同时，他所从事的文学教育活动，也为当下文学的发展提供了多方面的重要启示。%He Qifang is not only a famous poet, essayist, literary critic, researcher of Dream of Red Mansions and modern poet, but also a great literary master of education. In the 20 years from his stay in Literature Department of Lu Xun College of Arts to his stay in Literature Institute, he used various platforms and ways to have cultivated literary talents and scholars for China, which is the most important contribution he has made to the Chinese literature. His engaging in literary education can shed light on the development of modern literature.
