应用型卓越软件工程师人才培养模式研究

摘要

针对软件人才培养存在的问题，介绍应用型卓越软件工程师的人才培养模式，主要包括人才培养方案的制定、具体实施办法以及应注重实践教学等需要进一步深入研究的问题。%This paper, based on the problems in software talents training, presents a new training mode of application-oriented software engineering talents. It discusses the ways to make talent training scheme, the methods to implement the scheme and some problems that are to be further investigated in practical teaching.
