城市道路环境自行车出行者满意度模型研究

     

摘要

In order to establish the numerical relationship between urban road environment factors and satisfaction degree of urban bike travelers,23 indicators were selected for the commuter traffic,and the questionnaire was designed and investigated.The reliability and validity of questionnaire was tested and the content of the questionnaire was de termined by the preliminary survey data.The video surveys and laboratory questionnaire were adopted in formal investigation.The results show that there is no significant difference between the results of the survey and on-the-spot investigation.The model of urban road cyclists' satisfaction was finally obtained by model test and correction.The influence coefficient of model shows that the total influence coefficient of patency of road and environmental comfort are 0.632 and 0.601 respectively;the influence coefficient of road construction level is 0.478 and the influence coefficient of traffic safety feeling is 0.401.The electric vehicle influences cyclists' patency and security most,and its influence coefficient reaches to 0.894 and 0.781 respectively.The effect of isolation facilities on security is only 0.117.The results show that the main external factors that influence the cyclists' satisfaction are the patency of road and the environmental comfort,and the effects of road construction level on satisfaction have great limitations.Electric vehicles have much influence on cyclists.Cyclists think that isolation facilities do not have obvious safety protection.The above conclusions can provide a basis for the improvement of urban bicycle traffic environment.%为建立城市道路环境各类因素与城市自行车出行者满意度之间的数量关系,针对通勤交通选取23项指标、设计调查问卷并展开调查,通过预调查数据检验问卷信度与效度并确定问卷内容.正式调查采用视频调查、实验室问卷的方式,结果表明调查结果与实地调查无显著差异.通过模型检验与修正后,最终得到的城市道路自行车出行者满意度模型.模型影响系数表明:道路通畅性与环境舒适性总影响系数分别达到0.632和0.601,道路建设水平影响系数为0.478,交通安全感受影响系数为0.401.电动车对出行者的通畅性和安全性影响是最大的,影响系数分别达到o.894与0.781,隔离设施对安全的影响仅为0.117.上述结果说明:影响自行车出行者满意度最主要的外界因素是通畅性与环境舒适性,道路建设水平对于满意度的影响有很大局限性.电动车对自行车出行者的影响非常大.自行车出行者并不认为隔离设施具有明显的安全保护作用.研究结论可为城市自行车交通运行环境改善提供依据.
