The present invention relates to an analysis server which analyzes a unit area data structure defined as a set of time series data provided for each unit area divided on a management object area on the basis of a latitude and a longitude by receiving a request from at least one among a database construction server for city research and analysis and a city research and analysis service providing server. According to the present invention, the city research and analysis server comprises a basic item analysis means for calculating, for each unit area data structure, geographic identification information for each unit area and basic information for city research and analysis with respect to the unit area. According to the present invention, city research and analysis items include at least one upper category among natural environments, a humanistic environments, land use, population, residence, economy, transportation facilities, distribution/supply facilities, public/cultural facilities, space facilities, environment foundation facilities, health and sanitation facilities, disaster prevention facilities, and finances.
