珠三角国际化会计人才需求与人才培养探析

摘要

珠三角地区对国际化会计人才需求缺口很大,但各高校培养出来的会计专业学生与＂国际会计＂的标准仍然有较大差距。本文针对各高校培养国际化会计人才的三种主要模式进行分析,寻找高校国际化会计教育现状跟外资企业会计素质能力知识要求存在的差距,探讨珠三角国际化会计人才培养的途径。%The demand gap of internationalized accouting talents is very large in pearl river delta,but the distance between the accounting major students and "international accountant" standard in every university is relatively far.Therefore,in order to find the gap between international accounting education situation and the accountants' quality requirement in foreign enterprises and study the international accounting ability ways in pearl river delta,the deficiency of three main models of training international accounting talents in every university is analyzed at different degree in this paper.
