重点生态功能区新型城镇化发展战略研究--以金寨县为例

摘要

金寨县为国家25片重点生态功能区之一、华东地区唯一的国家重点生态功能区，主体功能为限制开发功能区，以保护和修复生态环境为首要任务。新常态下推进新型城镇化应处理好加快发展、脱贫致富与生态保护要求的矛盾，立足自身区域资源环境本底，坚持绿色发展，旅游带动，细化主体功能格局，促进产城融合，加强区域合作，走特色城镇化发展道路。%Jinzhai is one of 25 national key ecological function areas, and the only one national key ecological func⁃tion area in east China. Its main function imposes restrictions on development function with the major task of pro⁃tecting and restoring ecological environment. In the new normal, new industrialization promotion should corre⁃spond to overcoming poverty and achieving prosperity and ecological protection. Green development should be ad⁃hered to promoting the integration of industry and urbanization, based on regional resource and environment, and driven by tourism, and strengthening regional cooperation and following urbanization development with character⁃istics.
