本文对卵叶远志Polygala sibirica L.根的化学成分进行研究.应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱以及半制备液相色谱进行分离和纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构.从卵叶远志根中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别是:tenuifoliside A(1),tenuifoliside B(2),glomeratose A(3),3,6-二-O-芥子酰基蔗糖(4),sibirieose A5(5),sibirieose A6(6),sibirieose A1>(7),sibirieoseA2(8),polygalatenoside E(9),1-O-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-D(6→1)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-水杨酸甲酯(10),canthoside A(11),3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯(12).化合物11首次从远志属中分离得到,化合物2,9,10和12均为首次从该植物中分离得到.%To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Polygala sibirica L. The separation and purification were performed by solvent extraction and repeated chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS columns, and semiprep. HPLC. The struc- tures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Twelve known compounds were isolated and identified as tenuifoliside A (1), tenuifo- liside B (2), glomeratose A (3), 3',6-disinapoyl sucrose (4), sibiricose As (5), sibiricose A6 (6), sibiricose A1 (7), sibiricose A2 (8), polygalatennside E (9), 1-O-L-arabinopyranosyl-O-(6→1)-β-D-glucopyrannsyl-salicylate (10), canthoside A (11), and methyl- 3,4,5-trimethoxyeinnamate (12). Compound 11 was obtained from genus Polygala for the first time, and compounds 2, 9, 10 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
