反应堆辐照后铪同位素质谱分析研究

摘要

The measuring method of irradiated enriched Hf isotope abundance ratio 181Hf/180 Hf and 182Hf/180Hf using thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) was introduced. At the same time, elimination the isobaric interference of 182W in the measurement was discussed. The results of preliminary study have been obtained.
