基于关键点的海底地形模型简化生成方法研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the question that the visualization of low-resolution bathymetric terrain by regular grid neglected the key information of bathymetric terrain easily, a method based on key points to build bathymetric terrain model is presented in this paper. It is the method that the character points of water depth chosen as key points from high-resolution terrain model are used to render low-resolution bathymetric terrain model. The experimental results show that the method for rendering low-resolution bathymetric terrain shows more information than by regular grid terrain model. In order to show the intuitionist information of bathymetric bottom and water depth the paper used bathymetric texture and the result is very good.%针对规则网格模型显示低分辨率海底地形易忽略海底关键地形水深信息的问题,通过对海底地形地貌特点的分析,提出了一种基于关键点的海底地形模型生成方法.该方法从高分辨率地形模型中选择水深特征点作为关键点,用于低分辨率的地形模型绘制.实验结果表明:用该方法绘制的低分辨率海底地形比规则网格地形模型表达的信息更丰富.为了更直观的表达海底底质和水深信息,采用了纹理贴图,取得了很好的效果.
