瘤胃微生物降解豆粕抗营养因子的发酵条件的优化

     

摘要

豆粕是一种优质的植物蛋白源,可作为畜牧水产饲料中鱼粉的替代物.但豆粕中抗营养因子的存在限制了其广泛应用.本试验利用瘤胃液中的混合微生物对豆粕进行微生物发酵处理,旨在降解其中的胰蛋白酶抑制因子和植酸等物质.通过单因素和正交试验,对发酵条件进行研究,得到了试验室最佳发酵条件:即接种量为5%(体积分数),料水比为1∶1,发酵温度为39℃,非蛋白氮添加量为0.5 g,发酵时间为72 h.发酵豆粕中主要抗营养因子得到有效去除.%Soybean meal,a by-product obtained after the extraction of soybean oil,is an important high-quality plant protein source. However, the trypsin inhibitors, phytic acid and other antinutritional factors contained in soybean meal inhibit the application in aquaculture industry. In this study, rumen micro- organisms (rumen fluid) was used on the microbiological fermentation of soybean meal processing, aimed at eliminating one of the trypsin inhibitors and phytic acid. In the present study ,fermentation period, inoculation quantity, the ratio of material to water, fermentation temperature, and non-protein nitrogen content were evaluated by using single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum laboratory fermentation conditions were determined as follows: quantity of inoculation 5% (ratio of rumen fluid to total mixed fermentation volume), the ratio of material to water 1: 1 (ratio of soybean meal weight to total mixed fermentation volume), fermentation temperature 39 ℃, non - protein nitrogen 0.5 g, and fermentation period 72 h. The main antinutritional factors contained in soybean meal could be removed effectively.
