The present invention relates to an anti-nutrient-factor controlling microorganism M.hydrothemale KBCBS1021 and a method for preparing fermented soybean meal for fish meal replacement using the same, and to fermented soybean meal and fermented soybean meal using M. hydrothemale KBCBS1021 strain or extracts or fractions derived from the strain according to the present invention. The fermentation composition as an active ingredient exhibits a reducing effect on anti-nutritional factors compared to before fermentation, and thus may be usefully used as a nutritional source for various compositions including feed.
