二次通用旋转组合设计法优化超临界CO2萃取栀子油的工艺研究

     

摘要

采用单因素试验与二次通用旋转组合设计相结合的方法对超临界CO2萃取栀子油的工艺条件进行优化研究.单因素试验研究了萃取压力、萃取温度和CO2流速对萃取率的影响,再通过DPS软件分析,以栀子油萃取率为目标建立二元二次回归模型,通过试验结果进行方差分析及对数学模型进行优化处理.试验结果表明:萃取压力与CO2流速为影响萃取率的主要因素,而萃取温度对萃取率的影响不大,保持单因素试验时最佳参数55℃即可.通过频数分析法,优化得出栀子油萃取的最优工艺条件为:萃取压力35 Mpa,萃取温度55℃,CO2流速13 kg/h,在最优条件下栀子油的预期萃取率为10.89%.%In this paper,the supercritical CO2 extraction optimization of Gardenia oil was mainly researched with the single factor experiment and the quadratic general rotary unitized design. The effects of three independent variables, namely extraction pressure, extraction temperatureand CO2 flow rate on the yield of Gardenia oil were investigated. Then the Data Processing System was employed to optimize the primary experimental data. The binary quadratic regression mathematical model of the yield of Gardenia oil was established. And the optimum extraction condition was obtained by the variance analysis and the optimization of mathematical model. The results showed that the extraction pressure and CO2 flow rate were the main factors which influence the yield of Gardenia oil, while the extraction temperature had little effect on the yield, maintaining the optimal parameters of the single factor experiment at 55 ℃.Through the frequency analysis, the optimal extraction parameters of Gardenia oil were established, which were the extraction pressure of 35 MPa, extraction temperature of 55 ℃ and CO2 flow rate of 13 kg/h according to the mathematics model. Under this condition, the highest yield of Gardenia oil reached the estimated value of 10.89%.
