专业、性别、就业:专业性别隔离与女大学生就业难问题分析

     

摘要

伴随高等教育的迅速发展以及女大学生人数的显著增加,专业性别隔离却并未缩小或消失,男生集中于自然科学类专业、女生集中于人文社科类专业的现象依旧存在。此种隔离是女大学生就业难的原因之一,因为在专业、性别及就业三者之间存在着彼此作用、相互影响的内在关联。打破专业性别隔离已成国际共识,也是高校提高女大学生就业率和就业质量理当采取的教育举措。%Although there has been rapid development in higher education and significant increases in the number of women college students, gender segregation among the disciplines has not yet lessened or disappeared. The phenomenon of mostly males studying natural science disciplines and females the humanities and social sciences still exists. Because of the interactions and mutual influence among disciplines, gender and employment, gender segregation is one of the reasons for the difficult employment situations of women graduates. Breaking gender segregation in various disciplines has become an international consensus, and it is also an educational measure we should take to improve the rate and quality of the employment of women graduates in universities.
