研究生培养中导师与辅导员联动机制的构建

摘要

With the expanding scale of postgraduate students in China, many new problems have arisen in the process of postgraduate cultivation. As postgraduate students° tutors and counselors are the main body of postgraduate cultivation, it is necessary to establish a linkage mechanism to promote the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism and to solve the problems. From the perspective of edu-cational ecology, it is of great significance for improving of the overall quality of postgraduate cultivation to unite students° tutors and counselors and establish linkage mechanism.%中国研究生群体的规模在研究生扩招后不断扩大，许多新问题在研究生培养过程中逐渐凸显。研究生导师和辅导员是研究生培养工作的主体，建立合力育人的联动机制是深化研究生培养机制改革、解决当前研究生培养过程中存在问题的有效途径。从教育生态学视域看，将研究生导师、辅导员两支力量进行融合，构建整体互存、动态平衡、和谐共生的联动机制，对全面提高研究生培养质量具有重要意义。
