泥浆密度对形成泥膜所需泥浆量的影响

During slurry shield tunneling,usually the pressed slurry is taken to build up a filter-cake to protect the working face.In this paper,we use self-developed apparatus to study the filter cake under different slurry densities.Test results indicate that when slurry density increases,slurry consumption decreases.%在泥水盾构施工中,为平衡掌子面前方土水压力,通常采用喷洒泥浆,使得泥浆向开挖面地层渗透,从而形成泥膜.本文通过实验室内模拟泥浆成膜,开展了一系列不同泥浆密度下的泥浆成膜试验.试验表明:当泥浆成膜时,所需泥浆量随着泥浆密度的增大而减小.
