头孢匹胺与碳酸钠混粉均匀度的验证

摘要

Objective To mix cefpiramide and sterile sodium carbonate in proportion by multiple motion mixing machine,then statistical methods were applied to verify the mixing uniformity of the content.Methods Based on the multi direction movement powder mixing machine parameter setting,the cefpiramide and sterile sodium carbonate in proportion would be mixed in a certain time,then to sample and test the mixing uniformity of content. Results The basic concepts and characteristics of powder mixing had been gotten,and the mixing uniformity of cefpiramide sodium carbonate powder had been verified,and the quantitative analysis of the powder mixture had been familiar with. Conclusion Evaluation of mixed powder quality must be used to determine the mixing uniformity in science.%目的：使用多向运动混合机，将头孢匹胺和无菌碳酸钠按比例进行混合，通过抽样检测含量，应用统计学的方法验证含量均匀度。方法通过对多向运动混合机进行参数设定，将头孢匹胺、无菌碳酸钠按比例投料，混合一定的时间，抽样检测含量，对含量数据进行分析。结果了解粉体混合的基本概念和特点，验证了头孢匹胺与碳酸钠混粉均匀度，并熟悉了粉体混合的定量分析。结论粉体混合质量的评估必须用科学的、数量形式来判定混合均匀度，即粉体混合的定量分析。
