复凝聚法制备丹皮酚微囊的研究

摘要

Objective Microencapsulation of paeonol,and to inspect the conditions of formation and curing. Methods Paeonol as a microencapsulated core,gum arabic and gelatin as the capsule material,using a complex coacervation method to product the paeonol microcapsules. Investigated temperature, pH value,gum arabic and gelatin ratio of generated microcapsules. Investigated the amount of coagulator,stirring speed and stirring time on curing. To microcapsules appearance of the shape,size and uniformity as the indexes. Results At the 40℃,the ratio of gum arabic and gelatin is 1∶1,pH value was 4.0,the microcapsules had the best generated condition;at the curing agent was 2 mL/g,the stirring speed was 750n/min,curing time was 90min,the degree of curing of the microcapsules were better. Conclusion The preparation process of paeonol microencapsulated curing degree was desirable,good microcapsules roundness,high yield and simple preparation method,and microcapsules smaller particle size.%目的：对丹皮酚进行微囊化，并对其成囊、固化条件进行考察。方法以丁香油为囊心物，以阿拉伯胶和明胶为囊材，采用复凝聚法制备丁香油微囊，考察温度、pH、阿拉伯胶与明胶比例对成囊的影响；考察固化剂用量、搅拌速度和搅拌时间对固化的影响，以微囊的外观形状，粒径和均匀度为考察指标。结果在40℃、阿拉伯胶与明胶1∶1、pH 4.0时，成囊情况最佳；在固化剂用量2 mL/g，转速750 r/min、固化时间90 min。结论该制备工艺中丹皮酚微囊固化程度较理想，微囊圆整度好、产率高、制备方法简单、微囊粒径较小等特点。
