Objective To investigate the changes of gastrin(GAS) and somatostatin(SS) in diabetic gastroparesis (DGP). Methods Totally 103 patients were divided into normal control group (n =17),simple gastroparesis(GP) group (n =30),simple diabetes mellitus(DM) group (n =23) and diabetes mellitus complicated with gastroparesis (DGP) group (n =33). Radioimmunity and RT-PCR were performed to detect the serum GAS and SS levels and the mRNA expression in the gastric mucosa tissue of 4 groups. Results There were significant differences in the serum levels and protein expression of GAS and SS between simple gastroparesis group,simple diabetes mellitus group, DGP group and the normal control group(P< 0.05). The differences between DGP group and normal control group was the most significant (P< 0.01), the differences between DGP group and the simple gastroparesis group or simple diabetes mellitus group were significant (P< 0.05). Contusion The increase of GAS and decrease of SS may play an important role in the occurrence and development of DGP.%目的 探讨胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)在糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)发生中的作用.方法 选患者103例,分为正常对照(CO)组17例、单纯胃轻瘫(GP)组30例、单纯糖尿病(DM)组23例和DGP组33例,应用放免法及RT-PCR方法测定血清中GAS、SS蛋白水平及其组织中mRNA的表达.结果 GP组、DM组血清GAS、SS蛋白水平及其组织中mRNA的表达均与CO组存在显著性差异(P<0.05).GAS及SS在DCP组中的血清蛋白水平及其组织mRNA的表达与CO组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);与GP组、DM组比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论 GAS的升高、SS的降低是DGP发生、发展的重要因素.
