钠离子电导对螺旋波稳定性的影响

     

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of the sodium ion conductance on the stability of spiral wave by using numerical simulation.Methods The computer simulation technology was used to simulate the electrophysiological activity of the one-dimensional and the two-dimensional myocardial tissue.APD restitution curve,trajectories of the spiral tip and Poincare plots of the successive cycle lengths (CL) of the spiral waves was observed,then the relationship between the sodium ion conductance and the stability of spiral wave was analyzed.Results Within a certain range,the slope of APD restitution curve increased with the increase of sodium ion conductance in the one-dimensional tissue.However,the overall impact was little.Trajectories of the spiral tip became more regular,cycle lengths became short,and the cycle length Poincare plots were highly ordered in the two-dimensional tissue.Conclusion Within a certain range,the increase of the sodium ion conductance can increase the stability of spiral wave.%目的 基于计算机模拟实验探索钠离子电导对螺旋波稳定性的影响.方法 运用计算机仿真技术模拟一维和二维心肌组织的电生理活动,分别以动作电位时程恢复性质曲线,螺旋波波头轨迹和环长Poincare散点图为观察对象,探寻钠离子电导与螺旋波稳定性的关系.结果 在一维组织中,动作电位时程恢复曲线的斜率随着钠离子电导增大而增大,但总体影响不大.在二维组织中,随着钠离子电导的增大螺旋波波头的轨迹趋于稳定,环长更小,环长Poincare散点图更加汇聚.结论钠离子电导增大可使螺旋波的稳定性增高.
