METHOD FOR INCREASING ELECTROCHEMICAL STABILITY OF AQUEOUS SOLUTION-BASED ELECTROLYTIC SOLUTION, ELECTROLYTIC SOLUTION INCREASED IN ELECTROCHEMICAL STABILITY, AQUEOUS SOLUTION-BASED SODIUM ION BATTERY ARRANGED BY USE THEREOF, AND AQUEOUS SOLUTION-BASED LITHIUM ION BATTERY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for increasing the electrochemical stability of an aqueous solution-based electrolytic solution; an aqueous solution-based electrolytic solution superior in electrochemical stability; aqueous solution-based sodium ion battery including an aqueous solution-based electrolytic solution increased in electrochemical stability; and an aqueous solution-based lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for increasing electrochemical stability of an aqueous solution-based electrolytic solution, which comprises the step of adding, to water, an alkali metal salt of an alkylsulfonate compound expressed by the general formula (1). In the formula (1), M represents at least one element selected from a group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs; X represents a straight-chain or branched carbon hydride with 1-10C, which may form a 5- to 8-membered cyclic structure; and n represents an integer of 1-3. There is also provided an aqueous solution-based electrolytic solution comprising the above compound. There are further provided an aqueous solution-based sodium ion battery and an aqueous solution-based lithium ion battery, comprising the above aqueous solution-based electrolytic solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
