公务员工资水平实证分析

摘要

合理确定公务员的工资水平是公务员工资制度的核心问题。近年来，社会上对公务员工资有诸多的议论，核心议题主要涉及到公务员工资水平的合理性问题。形成科学的公务员工资水平确定机制，是下一步工资制度改革的关键。本文回顾了我国公务员确定工资水平依据的历史演变，对公务员的工资水平进行了实证考察，提出了形成科学合理的公务员工资水平的几点思考。%To reasonably determine the civil servants’wages is a core issue of the civil servant payment system. Recently,the public have not a few discussions about the civil servants’wages,which involve the reasonability of the wage level. To form a scientific wage determining mechanism is the key point of the next-step wage re-form. This paper reviews the historical evolvement of the criteria used to determine civil servants’wages in our country,conducts an empirical inspection into the wage level of civil servants,and provides some suggestions for reasonably determining civil servants’wages.
