目的:探讨彩色多普勒在诊断原发性心脏肿瘤中的价值。方法:对21例病人进行二维彩色多普勒检查。结果:超声诊断原发性心脏肿瘤的灵敏度为100%,漏诊率为0%,原发性心脏良性肿瘤中以粘液瘤最多见,瘤体内均未记录到血流信号,恶性肿瘤以肉瘤多见,易侵及邻近组织及心包,瘤体内均记录到血流信号。结论:彩色多普勒可做为诊断原发性心脏肿瘤的首选,并可鉴别良恶性和判断预后。%Objective: To evaluate the value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of primary cardiac tumor. Methods:Twenty-one cases were examined by color Doppler echocardiography. Results: The sensitivity of sonographic diagnosis in examining primary cardiac tumor was 100%, with no lesion missed in the examination. Among the benign primary cardiac tumors, cardiac myxoma appears most frequently, and no signal of blood flowing was found in this study. Among the malignant tumors, sarcoma appears most frequently, and is easy to invade the nearby tissues as well as pericardium, and signal of blood flowing was found within the tumor. Conclusion: Color Doppler can be the first and best choice in the diagnosis of primary cardiac tumor, it plays an important role in differentiating innocent tumors from malignant ones, and predicting its development and results.
