对大学教师教育力的再思考

摘要

University teachers take the responsibility of cultivating internationalized innovative qualified talents. In order to achieve this goal,a teaching staff with strong education force is required. This paper explores the concept of uni-versity teachersˊeducation force and features and the two systems of influencing the promotion of education force,in order to raise university leadersˊand teachersˊconcern.%大学教师肩负着培养国际化、创新型的高素质人才的重任。要实现这一大学培养目标，需要一支富有教育力的教师队伍。主要通过对大学教师教育力的概念、特质以及影响教育力提升的两个系统的思考，希望能引起学校领导和老师们对教育力的关注和重视。
