A study of adipic acid formation by oxidation of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone withnitric acid as oxidizer and Cu2+/V5+ as catalysts was caacced out in a continuous stirred tankreactor(CSTR). By using multiple variable linear regression the ldnetic model about the formation speedof adipic acid and binary acid was established. And the relationship of formation speed with thereaction temperature and the concentration of eye lohexanol/cyclohexone. nitric acid and catalys is wasalso found.
