The preparation method of an oxalic acid polyester polyol (OAPOL) was given in this paper. Firstly, the oxalic acid diethylene glycol (OADEG) was synthesized by oxalic acid and ethylene glycol, and then copolycondensized with glycerol and phthalic anhydride. The result shows that the OADEG with yield of 97% was obtained under the synthesis conditions of using SnCl2 as catalyst, cyclohexane as reaction medium at 50~60℃ for 3 hours. A colorless transparent viscous oxalic acid modified polyester polyol with acid value of 1.0, weight mean molecular weight Mw of 9150 and numerical mean molecular weight Mn of 4357 was prepared by melt copolycondensation of OADEG with glycerol and phthalic anhydride at 200℃. The thermal stability and other properties of the prepared oxalic acid modified polyester polyol are close to those of the adipic acid polyester polyols which are prepared by using adipic acid and ethylene glycol instead of the OADEG under the same copolycondensation conditions.%提出了一种草酸聚酯多元醇的制备方法.首先采用草酸和乙二醇反应制备草酸二乙二醇单体,然后与甘油、苯酐进行共缩聚制备目标产物.研究表明:采用草酸和乙二醇为反应物、环己烷为反应介质,二氯化亚锡为催化剂,在50~60℃下,持续回流分水3h,制得一种草酸二乙二醇单体,产率达97%.将草酸二乙二醇、甘油、苯酐在200℃下进行熔融共缩聚制备出一种数均和重均分子量分别为4357和9150、酸值为1.0、无色透明黏性的草酸聚酯多元醇,它的热稳定性及各项参数相近于相同条件下制备的己二酸聚酯多元醇.
