转型时期常州中小企业生存环境与优化对策

摘要

Changzhou regional economy is characterized by rich resources of SMEs（small and medium-sized enterprises）.At present,SMEs of Changzhou are faced with severe challenges from international financial crisis and domestic macro-control,which needs to transform the mode of development and optimize the economic structure.Thus,the local government should create favorable environment for SMEs to transform and upgrade from the aspects of technological innovation,industrial restructuring,social services and other aspects of corporate finance services.%中小企业资源丰富是常州区域经济的重要特色。当前常州中小企业面临国际金融危机和国内宏观调控带来的严峻挑战,转变企业发展方式、优化经济结构势在必行。地方政府应从技术创新、结构调整、社会服务及融资需求等方面为企业转型升级营造良好的发展环境。
