高架桥箱梁C50高性能混凝土配制与工程应用研究

摘要

According to the quality control requirements of Changzhou 2nd stage viaduct′s box girder concrete and combining the design points of the HPC mix ratio and the feature of polycarboxylate high performance additive,this paper reaches the conclusion of C50 HPC′s mix radio,through timeless comparative tests.The pump pouring technology can be used for the concrete construction,thus the precautions in the construction process are proposed.%按照常州高架桥二期对箱梁混凝土提出的质量控制要求,结合高性能混凝土配合比的设计要点和聚羧酸系高性能外加剂的特点,经数次对比试验得出C50高性能混凝土配合比。混凝土采用泵送施工工艺浇筑,提出了施工过程中的注意事项。
